GrowthPath Consulting Ltd. was founded in 2014 by a group of Ugandan professionals who had experienced first-hand how the right coaching, at the right time, can change the trajectory of a career and an organisation.
We started with a simple but powerful conviction: that every professional in Uganda deserves access to world-class development support. Too often, high-quality coaching was reserved for multinationals and top-tier executives. We set out to change that.
From a small office on Nakasero Road in Kampala, we have grown into a team of 18 certified consultants, serving over 500 clients across banking, telecoms, government, NGOs, and the private sector. Our impact spans Kampala, Entebbe, Gulu, Mbarara, and across the East African region.
Today, GrowthPath is recognised as Uganda's most trusted coaching and consulting firm – not just for results, but for the genuine care and commitment we bring to every single engagement.
